We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging where possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odour, stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or alteration may be refused.

Soonr Clothing reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns where the item meets our return eligibility conditions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error made by Soonr Clothing.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Soonr Clothing is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@soonrclo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we assess the issue, we will work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution, depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing, incorrect care, accidents, or alterations is not considered a product fault.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges, as stock may be limited.

The fastest way to secure a different size or item is to return your original item, wait for the return to be approved, and place a separate order for the new item.

Sale Items and Promotional Items

Sale items, discounted items, limited-release items, and promotional purchases may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment platform may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

Refused Returns

A return may be refused if:

  • The return was requested outside the return window

  • The item has been worn, washed, used, damaged, stained, or altered

  • Tags have been removed

  • The item is not returned in acceptable condition

  • The item was sent back without prior approval

  • The return does not meet this policy

If a return is refused, we may send the item back to you. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
